About Us
We’re initforthe, and we’re a web production house. Aren’t you always supposed to stand up and introduce yourself to everyone sitting in the circle? Maybe we’re just friendly like that.
We work closely with agencies, be they digital, creative, marketing or advertising agencies (and any we’ve missed out too!) to help them grow their online business by providing a consistent and scaleable production resource. We’ve got all the resource in place already – you just need to call us and use it! More importantly, we’re local – no Skype or long distance phone calls needed to brief us. Do it in person, where we can have a coffee over it and draw pictures on walls.
The team – you don’t just get the person you’ve paid for, but the expertise of all of us – has a huge wealth of experience. You might say we’ve been around the proverbial block a few times, and new things don’t phase us. Impossible is nothing!
Our project managers are PRINCE 2 qualified, our developers write tests even before we’ve started writing the code, our designers aren’t print designers who do a bit of web. They know the internet, and they make our developers cry when they push the boundaries! We like that!
And then when we’ve finished building your site, we’ll manage it, host it, and maintain it for you. If you want us to, of course. The code is yours, to do with as you wish.
Oh, and we’re agile. We work fast and more importantly smart – that means we set small achievable goals, and we adjust over the course of the project to requirements. They do change – that’s just the way of the world – and we can handle those changes easily and efficiently. It all means it costs you less, and you can bill on at a profit, knowing you’re in safe hands.
What makes us good?
We love the web. We care about it. We’ve been programming since we were barely able to walk. Everyone here believes and cares in producing quality results, and that is the key. And our experience building websites? Years of playing, tinkering, hacking have honed our skills - we know what works, or how to make it work, even if no one else can.

Thoughts on the quoting process – how much of it is a waste of energy? 2010-08-21
Being in business, and having clients to service, we’re often asked to quote for work, and not every quote turns into an order. That’s to be expected. Some are new or potential clients going out to multiple potential suppliers, of which we are just one. Others are existing clients and have a duty to tender [...]
